This is a special Toran as the top Patti is made from one my my Mom’s sarees, it was so beautiful that I just got the cutpiece and made this out of it. I love the colorful embroidery and the purple base the most.
It has the detailing of wooden cutouts, colorful wooden beads, mirrors, pom poms, tassels, ghungroos and golden embellishments. The beautiful lace has a felt backing to make it sturdy.
